Part Usage

The Part Usage function allows you to view the average daily part usage and year to date information.

ACCESS INSTRUCTIONS

From the Supplier Managed Inventory option on the SupplyWEB navigation menu, select Part Usage. The following screen will appear:

FIELD DEFINITIONS

Supplier

Click the drop-down list box to select the supplier for whom you wish to view part usage information.

Click Query, the following screen will appear:

Supplier

Click the drop-down list box to select the supplier for whom you wish to view part usage information.

Part Number

The Repetitive Purchasing part number will display.

Part Description

The part's description will display.

Average Daily Release for Week

The calculated average of daily release, based on one week's release schedule, will display.

Average Daily Usage Year to Date

The calculated average of daily usage, based on one year's change in inventory, will display.

PROCESSING INSTRUCTIONS

Click Refresh on the internet browser to update the display based on the selected supplier.
